Not only did L’usine qualify 2 teams to go to the CrossFit Games in California this July, but our individual athletes all did great as well!

Félicitations a tous les membres de L’Usine de Boucherville qui ont participé au Crossfit Games 2012.

Durant 5 semaines nous avons vécu le stress de la compétition et l’attente de l’annonce des entrainements.

L’intensité que nous avons vécu était vraiment grande. A nous de continuer le bon travail afin de s’améliorer pour l’an prochain.

Merci à Coach Jean-Michel pour la planification des Open Games le samedi ainsi que coach Mizar pour le Jeudi. Vos conseils ont aidés les athlètes a atteindre de haut niveau de performance.

L’Usine Boucherville est fier de souligner la qualification de  Marie-Émilie Perreault au regionaux qui auront lieu du 11 au 13 Mai a Toronto.

Grâce a ses performances incroyable, Marie-Émilie a obtenue le 35 ième rang dans l’est du Canada.

L’usine CrossFit is featured on the CrossFit Games site today (East Canada). The article mentions that all L’usine CrossFit locations (Montreal, Terrebonne, Gatineau and Boucherville) have teams and/or athletes going to the Regionals. Are you ready to be part of the L’usine ARMY!!!

Jean-Michel a compétitionné au niveau provincial en badminton durant son adolescence.  Il a également touché à plusieurs arts martiaux lors de ses séjours aux États-Unis et en Ontario.

Avant de découvrir le CrossFit, Jean-Michel courrait le demi-marathon.  Sa passion pour le CrossFit a été instantanée.  Il est animé par le désir d’aider les clients à se dépasser et à constamment améliorer leur condition physique.  En décembre 2010, Jean-Michel a complété sa certification de niveau 1 en CrossFit.

Come absorb all the knowledge that Pierre Roy has to offer concerning Olympic lifting.  Each Friday, the 4:30pm class is dedicated to Olympic movements like the Clean & Jerk and the snatch.  It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced, as Pierre takes everyone through the basics to create a solid foundation… It is a great opportunity to get the Olympic team coach at L’usine of Boucherville, take advantage of it! It only costs 10$ for our members.

One week from today will start the big Family & Friends Event at Crossfit Boucherville!  You are invited to bring one person for two weeks to sweat with you, free of charge for your friend!  We love Crossfit, you love Crossfit, let’s share this great sport with the ones you love too and feel better for Christmas Time!    (Nov.1st / Nov. 15th)
